Each individual may open only one be9 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. be9 reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.
The account holder is ultimately responsible for all activity on their account. be9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access.
Deposits at be9 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
Be9 only accepts funds from legitimate sources. If a deposit is identified as coming from an illegal or unclear source, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

If a match is cancelled or postponed within 12 hours of its scheduled start time and is not rescheduled, all related bets will be void and stakes fully refunded.
Be9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Affected users will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Any attempt to fix matches or gain an unfair betting advantage will result in the permanent suspension of the account involved.

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement (typically 5x–10x) must be met.
If bonus abuse is detected — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage — the accounts involved will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

Be9 reserves the right to close an account without notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, illegal activity, or failure to pass age verification. Any valid balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.
Be9 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming. Betting is a risky activity and you participate entirely at your own risk.
